Restructuring has been happening from day 0 post quindell. The markets immature reaction to a NPAT of minus $40m in the first half after a major acquisition is astounding. We need to know what is going on with SG UK. If the banks were going to pull the plug they would have done it already. This is and has always been a turn around story. Cut the ads and turn to profit.
