For those who are not familiar with the TAH case, TAH (TABCORP) lost a similar claim at the Federal Court proceedings. Subsequently appealed to the HC. However, the HC agreed with the lower court decision and now has dismissed the appeal. I hope the HC take a similar stand to TTS outcome in the Federal court decision and dismiss the State Government appeal.
