His last 604 is has him holding 6.71%
He has to disclose any change from his last disclosure, down to at least 5%, if he gets rid of 1.71%, 3% or even the whole 6.71% in one go, he must disclose it.
Once he has a filed 604 that has him below 5% .... then he can duck and weave under the radar
PS: as I said before if Higgo Cat or any of TON management are buying below the shortfall price then you guys should ..... IMO ..... hit them with a class action.
