I think everyone is jumping the gun a little about how positive this is and should proceed with caution. Yes its good they are raising funds and becoming less dependent on magna but keep in mind they are yet again diluting everyones holding. 3.2million what is that like 50%? Also there is no mention of this waiving their obligation to magnas royalty payment and even if it was this would only be 7.5% from memory. Also, the company has not once mentioned a plan to reach 8mtpa in 5 years. A mou with the government is a very different thing and is basically air until it has been made a target with a plan and funding to reach it. Yeah it sounds mostly good but be careful with this one!
