    I'm sorry Salt but after much consideration and deliberation over the last 6 years I think I have finally found a way to break even on this stock.
    I wish to make this offer before the May budget is handed down and I find I have nothing to retire on whatsoever.
    Please join me in offering up our holdings to our Cuban partners.
    My offer is 1 MEO share for 1 Cuban Cigar.
    I know I'm cheap but I need something to make this newly acquired cask wine acceptable.
