Whilst recognising that people usually post on social media when they are angry, the feedback on this post is almost universally negative with customers calling amaysim "sneaky" and sharing links to Jeenee, Kogan Mobile, Boost and even Telstra and Optus.

The best outcome for Amaysim from all this is to hope that customers who complain don't actually switch away, which is quite common. But those same customers will also no longer be Amaysim promoters.
