I'm more interested in who had the ammo to get rid of three useless directors at once and the resulting chaos.
One responsible for Gardisil deal and shabby deal. One who was mostly on holiday, didn't attend board meetings and turned up at the AGM in his bespoke smart (spiv) suit and the chairman who was exceptionally useless and achieved little, if anything.
Between them they were responsible for the voting rights of a large percentage of our shares.
So who took them behind the dunny with the four by two?
