Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization for the 2006 fiscal year were A$51.5 million ($39 million), 17 percent below the A$62.2 million forecast in the initial offering, the Sydney-based company said today in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange. Delays in the acquisition of three wind farms and low wind
conditions in May and June resulted in lower-than-anticipated
sales for the year through June 30, Babco & Brown Wind said.
