unfortunately Sipnose is still in the developing stage....which is why I suggested that SUD might have been a more logical partner. But the Israelis are probably thinking differently and want to work with Israelis... in their own country, where they know the rules , etc. sill the delivery system is yet to be proven....IMO from what I read...R and D says it all.
