That ABW announcement is interesting, thanks @thunderdan.

There is no way AZZ mgmt will want that described process to occur - it will cost (at the company's expense) and take time and energy - even if there is nothing to hide. You'd think they'd have an announcement soon for the AZZG holders.

On the other hand, the meeting described in the ABW announcement is not until March 21st, and after that a court has to agree that an investigator is allowed to demand access to AZZ records etc, so we're still in the same boat as before: clock ticking on an announcement about the deals and what's happening about paying off the 50% of AZZG notes that elected to redeem...
