It is pretty obvious that the AXO guys are pretty conservative and project driven, they seem to have taken a careful approach to ensure the Project doesnt screw up at production stage, trial by spending $200m is not smart. You would bet that there is a number of the chinese steel mills hovering around AXO, especially the ones with a need for vanadium and Titno. If they get it right this is a 5 bagger.
