Impossible to say. But unless dilution is reasonable then shareholder won't pass any resolution. I think the most likely result is 2:1 - in other words a billion new shares, giving Gridcomm controlling interest but still acceptable to existing holders. At that dilution SP will easily reach 5c initially and much much more once Gridcomm lines up contracts and sales forecasts.
