I took a look at Novomatic. They have been expanding aggressively.

They took out a company called Eurocoin in 2013. It's still branded as such but with the small addition that it's in the Novomatic group of company's. As far as I can see no ripping the guts out of it in fact quite the opposite. Trying to make it as profitable as they can. Cross sharing IP and utilizing synergy's.

I can't find any negative news about them. Anyone else got any goss on them?
