For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1, Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited
("FCG") advises that the following securities have matured and have been
redeemed on 4 March 2016:

(b) Number redeemed: 150,000,000

(c) Nominal value:  NZ$150,000,000

 Redemption price: NZ$1.00

(d) Payment in cash: Yes
