If an inquiry takes place it would be interesting to find out how the 3 post rule for non holders came about on the TON forum on this site. I'm sure this rule has helped keep negative discussion and difficult questions to a minimum so the regular up rampers could keep the discussions positive sucking in more mums and dads.
Maybe a HC moderator that holds TON implemented the change??? That would be pretty serious I imagine.
