3 years!!! and no certainty they will fulfill the entire commitment.....now who on this forum wouldn't rather the 30c divi?!!!
quote:
CSR said the buy-back will begin on March 21 and will continue over the 2017 and 2018 financial years.
The timing and size of the buy-back will depend on "share price levels, cash flow generation and capital requirements."
3 yrs...of go nowhere fast action. thanks for nothing....!
REAL reality: "However, CSR shares have tanked 33 per cent from their peak of $4.39 in February 2015 as investors called the top of the home building boom."
I personally invested in CSR because I saw a great turnaround play, typical reverse sentiment to what is a great company - this has proved yet again that with idiots at the helm, you wont get share price growth but a squandered opportunity....still strong believer that we will get to $4, but the road will be long...
I am still bullish on this stock, just frustrated at mngt decisions like this. As always, none of this is advice, just frustration of a long holder.
