Merger Time??

Have held SLM for a short while now and the share price and therefore Market Cap is getting lower and lower.
It appears that this medium of advertising/marketing is not big enough or profitable enough for the 2 major players plus the smaller operators.
I am unsure if SLM and PMP have previously discussed a tie up, but if not, then I think the time is now right before one or both go out the door.
As each of them try to win business from one another at the expense of margin, then surely it's just a matter of time before there is just one of them left standing.
Surely common sense must prevail.
Let the talks begin.
