Klogg, I also note that the policy change is not necessarily to "a fixed dividend regardless of profits". In their policy update it clearly states: "The quantum of the dividend will be assessed and approved by the Board each quarter. Should any of the circumstances change and projected earnings vary to forecast, either of which cause a change in the dividend amount to be paid, an update will be provided to the market"
In other words I think the dividend are fixed until forecast earnings change. We can interpret that a steady dividend implies a steady earnings outlook.
