Financials have not looked that good yet, but am hoping this company can by the end of the year start generating close to $4M in net income (after interest) from it's churchill project south and north project alone. If it can keep staff costs to $2M then it should be able to generate 10% annual income on it's $20M market cap. Then any new projects like Darwin are upside. Happy to see director buying more.
