Imo, something went wrong that caused the cancellation of the Alaska drill program for 2016.
OEL aren't saying, which only makes it worse imo.
Could be funding issues for GB for all we know.
Anyway, track record proves you have to take OEL's timelines with a grain of salt. Alaska value probably wont be reflected in the sp until the rig is booked, same with Tanzania/Kito.
