just want to reinforce what has happened.
new director got appointed last april or so after he and his wife bought 45million plus shares if I am correct, someone could confirm that I may be wrong.
they bought in around 1.5c. with the 0.5c capital return that means they bought in at 1.0c.
so then 45million times 1.9c final pay per share after deal is done = approx. $900,000.
not a bad payday for less then a year work if you could call it that.
on top of the $1600 per day payday since sept last year.
that's not bad.
maybe the deal to sell UML is fair and reasonable, maybe not. who knows.
I am not saying that anything untoward has happened. all I am saying is that its a good payday!
if people vote no, that might spoil things a bit. I am voting no for what its worth but just because of my principles. if I loose money out of it, I don't care.
