Am expecting SER will fully participate in the VXL CR, along with SER management who own quite a lot of VXL themselves.
To do this SER will need to have a placement of say $1.5m and a SPP so that existing shareholders can participate without dilution.

This should then preserve SER's % holding in VXL.

Timing of the placement and SPP is after the impending positive Ionic boost to SER sp - pick a number
Say SER sp hits 4c then the placement and SPP @ 3.5.

For the impending Ionic boost to be higher for SER will require the Ionic cornerstone investor to be a very significant company

lots of $ to be made here
