It's very interesting to watch the goings-on of OSL from the sidelines. It will be interesting too to see how it all unfolds, and how quickly. The case history would make a great article for a journalist familiar with how biotech stuff works.

That's funny! But a tad extreme. But I do think OSL sounds super-risky based management's lack of communication about the FDA and CM Mark progress. And threatening people with law suits sounds like a low and desperate act. Yet Chris Roberts accepted a directorship... as I said, it's very interesting to watch...from afar!
