So was the recent further share bonanza for EAS 'services rendered' them book building for this small cap raise? Logic also tells us that if you 'need' $3 million you go for $6 million or more. At 50 cents a share (plus possible sweeteners - given the macro crud) that's another 12 million shares, not catastrophic, but the constant seven figure issues and cheap options need to stop soon for managements talk of avoiding dilution to look credible going forward.

I do wonder if boc knows a cap raise is coming through being involved or being on the payroll of an Insto - aligns with his nonsense rhetoric and a further kick when/if it happens.

This also implies a further weak quarterly or two with revenue loaded to the back end of the year as expected and as telegraphed by pinto.

This info I suspect has been known by many for some time and explains the big drop in SP, is retail mushrooms are again screwed, no chance to act on the trade down and now stuck with the quandary of a sell and buy lower vs getting the timing wrong and getting screwed, plus we're locked out of the raise to boot. This might help further with NC's intention to get retail shares to instos - it's easier to scare retailers into a sell with low prices than tempt them out with a rising SP after all.

Although this post has a very negative sound and I'm glad I sold 2/3rds of my holding to reduce my exposure - explosive upside remains and I'm sure will eventuate. Just not sure I've got the stomach to watch Goldmans et al toy with the thing to screw us all over whilst picking up big in an undervalued raising.

Will be an interesting 6 months or so and I'll be sure to pick up any bargains that eventuate.
