So was the recent further share bonanza for EAS 'services rendered' them book building for this small cap raise? Logic also tells us that if you 'need' $3 million you go for $6 million or more. At 50 cents a share (plus possible sweeteners - given the macro crud) that's another 12 million shares, not catastrophic, but the constant seven figure issues and cheap options need to stop soon for managements talk of avoiding dilution to look credible going forward.
