Exactly and that is why there is a half baked Ionic IPO, there are Federal research bucks in it for the Univeraity and they have pushed this premature company, basically told them they have been on the Fed funding titty too long and must earn their keep. What company floats with zero commercialised products? All is explained and God help the share holders.
