Ann: Trading Halt, page-3

1. The trading halt is necessary for the Company to make an announcement to the market regarding an update of offtake agreements for Mt Cattlin;
2. General Mining requests that the trading halt remains in place until release of the announcement which the Company presently anticipates will be prior to commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 9 March 2016; and
3. General Mining is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
