Now, you understand the reason for that positive report last Tuesday.
The bad news is that the potential investor/s turned it down.
And the other bad news is that, your BOD met "immediately" to decide on the future of TON and voted in favor of appointing the Administrators.
This would indicate "Serious" Cash Flow problems and that potential funding proposal was their last and final attempt to save TON!!!
