I'm sorry that I haven't called up the company, but in real life I'm actually a very shy person and talking to a company director would be really difficult for me. Especially asking these difficult question. It's a lot easier for me to express myself on here, it's not something I can do much about.
I don't think I'm posting drivel either, these are genuine questions that really do require an answer....
