Had not looked at HZN before - my quick evaluation is their share of operating projects yields about 4000bpd to them and they have an LNG play in PNG, which is looking quite problematic. Couldn't find any mention of exploration or acquisition activity planned. Sure they are making some cash, but they have been spednign some on reworking producing assets and have never paid a dividend. I am seeing heaps more potential upside in 88E, with a bit more risk - am I missing something?
