I honestly think people should just relax; debt is minimal or non-existent and their resource is world class. They could easily pull this together. A JV? Sell some assets? Who really knows. In the end, it might cause a little dilution but if the operation is successful, I'm sure the returns will be worth the punt.

And yes, it is in administration and generally that is not good news, however, it is not in liquidation and hopefully with a few rich friends, it won't have to be.

What it does show you is how fragile the resource sector is at the moment. It is cash-strapped and even the big boys are finding it tough. Most specs have shut up shop and many CEOs can be seen holding their breaths while they swim through the crap. Saying that, the wind of change is starting to blow.
