That's as I read it too, B4, but it wasn't absolutely clear from the discussions on that thread whether DOC was the option trigger or, for example a Final Investment Decision (FID). Or, for that matter, whether it might apply only to SNE and not all the other "exploration" prospects.
Perhaps @homeales could clarify again.
