the last the share price was in the 60s they increased their position. So would be interesting to see how they react now. But no, they would need to disclose if they were trading, as they are a substantial holder (10%) or so. I consider this to be a positive, as I have high regard for the research team at micro (the performance really speaks for itself). but I'm sure they will want to get more involved with Jason and co going forward to address current issues at the company.
Note micro are very cagey about disclosing their holdings. But ISS group, Prophecy (PRO), Vocus, etc were all key positions in the past (as was BIGAIR in its halcyon days)
