I have gone over all previous posts to try to find your workings on how you arrived at the $14.24m performance fee. I have tried to replicate the calculation but am unable to reconcile my figures with yours. Also, as this is to be paid by the allocation in shares how will this affect the company's profitability?
I appreciate that it would affect the amount of dividends each shareholder would received, but I would be surprised( but not upset) if the share price would increase by 50% each year.
