Correct, that's exactly what should happen. First the prospectus said it was all going to be about the number of users, but DUB changed their minds when users didn't hit the heights anticipated. Now it's about number of Partners or Telcos, that's DUBs new one. But hey there's an idea, what do user numbers and partners get you, yep revenue. Let's target them on that. No more bonus shares should be handed out until revenues improve.
