    As a UK shareholder of UML I am still waiting for my proxy form. Are other UK shareholders having similar problems? My shares are registered as a nominee with TD Investors of London. I have contacted TD ,but as of yet they have received nothing from UML. I have only got 450k shares but I badly want to vote against the takeover.
    Any advice would be gladly appreciated.
