I refer to page 9 of The Presentation. Note:
- "Prototype applicator tube heads containing OBJ’s micro array technology now being evaluated by two leading anti- inflammatory product companies."
- The picture of a neurofen tube with all the associated trademarks/logos
Reckbeckinser own the trademarks and copyright in the word "neurofen" and associated logos/images. There is simply no question that OBJ would have needed to have obtained RB's express permission to publish these images in this context.
How far away would this device be from commercial launch? I am assuming that because there is no change in formulation, there are no TGA/FDA hurdles to overcome? It's simply a change in "physical" delivery of the neurofen ingredient. Is that correct? If so, is this our second (after bodyguard) medicinal application of OBJ tech that will hit he market?
Others throughts welcome!
