Starting to "warm to/accept] that Catlow may be doing what's best for TON shareholders. That's what Non Executive Role as Chairman is suppose to do, right?
Think Catlow was responsible for Appointing Higgo and therefore for Brad Boyle "retiring".

When Catlow was appt in June, there followed the resignation of Mr Brady who was joint Company Secretary for 18months thru 2013/15 on 2/10, so that was a bit of cost cutting? paying salary and performance shares to Two Company Secretaries? Ms Paige Exley was kept on as Company Secretary [missed looking up when she was appointed]
Anyhow just getting the Time Line together and thinking Catlow came in to sort "the mess" the disarray of Triton 2015.

please note Catlow is NOT on $400k+ salary but like all non executive Directors on $50k Director Fees.
Alf Gillman though is a $300/400grand "worker". Paige $200g? anyhow it's the salaries not directors fees that are any Qtrly Cash Burn Admin Expense.
I'm FOR Higgo and maybe Catlow as New Board for "Saving TON".
The Old Board incl existing "carry overs" Blew It.
This VA is a significant sorting out.
