The company needs to explain to the market, its forward business plan.
If funding is now becoming available, then some concrete forward plan needs to be put forward to the market, currently the market can only see the LONG history of failed licensees, deadlines.
What are they telling Valentia (giving them confidence to invest $$$) that has so far not been clearly explained to the market ?
