28/11/13 posting: Sounds great, doesn't it? But what it really means is this: CNQ has NOT yet sumitted its application for an open pit mining permit! [...and ] we won't receive it before Q2-2014.
Well, more than two years later said open pit mining approval has not been obtained, still. Accordingly, the condidtions precedent for financing were not met, hence no money, no mine. And water doesn't flow up the hill.
