Agree.

Unfortunately, many here want to believe in the best outcome (almost impossible outcome).

And some are deliberately trying to feed them false hopes.

For those who really want to understand the role of the Administrators.

They (Administrators) sent you this information on 4th March 2016.....please read it carefully.

If you, as shareholders want to save it, you need to come up with the MONEY - refer to the article on Clive Palmer yesterday when he found monies to satisfy his creditors and bankers - and subsequently got his Nickel Refinery back.

That's when the Administrators hand back the company to the directors or new directors!!!

Otherwise, you are at the mercy of the Creditors!!!

Then you are left with the option of Deed of Company arrangement - where either the creditors take equity over the company or someone buys the debts and take equity in the company - that's when your holdings will be diluted significantly.

Or the Final option of Liquidation - where they sell all the assets to repay liabilities and what's left, if any, will be distributed to you - the shareholders.

NOTE: In every option of the ABOVE, you the shareholders are put last!!!

Of course, you can hope a "White Knight" will come along and pay a premium for all the Assets in TON, so that net outcome (after paying off liabilities), you get a premium return, but that's like believing in fairy tales.

In the real corporate world, when you are down, they are going to squeeze everything out of you!!!
