Thanks to who posted the update on Landua and CCC. I can not remember who it was. One of the many many mod'ed posts since the bomb was dropped that A-5 is producing as shown in the Gov own doc's

I think it is quite relevant that the ASIC release be posted hear. Same Okap. Same Peter Landua as CTR
This is about not meeting disclosure obligations.

The problem with LAR has never been announced. Yet I have an email from BM himself clearly stating a problem with LAR.

brett hasn't been able to talk to smith for months, hence the delays, all the crap re az2 is cover for corporate fall out. I'm sick of it and not covering for them I can assure you.

ASIC's decision was based on Continental Coal's failure to inform the market about:

the completion of the sale by Business Rescue Practitioners in South Africa of Continental Coal's interests in its mining projects known as Vlakvarkfontein and Penumbra;

the effect of that sale on the sale which Continental Coal had announced on 9 January 2015 of its 74% interest in Continental Coal Limited (South Africa) (CCLSA) to Ivory Mint Holdings Corp; and

Continental Coal not receiving payment of $2,000,000 in application monies from Ivory Mintprior to issuing 400,000,000 shares to Ivory Mint (and other investors introduced by Ivory Mint) on 23 February 2015 under Continental Coal's supplementary prospectus dated 26 November 2014.

Does anyone remember this.

"The curve in the production in the field Atzam changed the trend starting in June of last year, which allowed to cushion the fall, accentuated by the lowest level of crude oil obtained in the fields of Rubelsanto and Xan, two major oil areas of the country.

The low performance of these fields, according to figures from the General direction of hydrocarbons from the Ministry of energy and mines (MEM) realize that oil production reached 3.64 million barrels, about 231 million below the result for the previous year which recorded 3,87 million during 2013.

The fall of the previous year reached six percent, but to tell Luis Ayala, director of hydrocarbons, seeks to close the gap with the improvements that have been made in some areas such as contract 1-2005, where began the production of the well Atzam 5, which allowed raising the number of barrels produced.

The gap between 2012 and 2011 production was of three percent, with a closure from 3,87 million barrels."
