It's VAT funds that are recoverable by law, as stated by the CFO they are funds retained by the government for MBN............
What recent turnover/profit figures???.....the announcement that MBN normalize cash flow increased from 6M USD end of October to 8.4M USD at end of December despite the record low nickel price or the report from the local media that these 11M USD is more than enough to balance the financials by the CFO?
It's always been about the creditor trying to get the 11M USD or trying to cause a C&M???
