I'm not counting on that Jessie, but something is brewing. My sentiment hasn't been negative excepting for "That" morning. Since then I've bought consistently the lows and it has been my best performing stock. I added another 30% last week but now I'm just going to sit and wait it out. I have 7 times the stock now I had on that fateful day. Given the cash return my average is now within sight. If HyAct gets up I'll be surprised. It doesn't seem to be the sort of thing that either of the funds buying in are into, that is coughing up $20m on a clinical trial and waiting another 2 years for a result. If they can use that as some underhanded way to get the tax credits, well maybe, but it doesn't seem likely.
