Page 4 of the recently released yearly report will show that revenue is 38mil and EBIT is (3 mil)... With a market cap of 600m.. I would consider that quite high... I will accept that 40% increase in revenue is great but we also need to ensure that EBIt is not left behind. Been constantly stated on thiss forum that growth is being targeted and as such EBIT will take a hit... but at some stage the tide needs to turn...
Just to be clear.. I am not negative about this stock and this is the primary stock holding up the profitability of my portfolio.. but a realist as well.. I do not see this as a $2 stock at this point... I really want to see another 6 months of performance...
