Can someone tell me what happens when the Singapore group gains 20 % ownership? This should constitute a takeover and then what? Is the 29 cent offer still valid? Could the block votes of the Singapore group stop the offer if another 31 % of shareholders vote no. Remember a lot of shareholders wont vote. My gut feeling is the Singapore group have to get a profit out of this. My feeling is that they will do a backroom deal where they will sell their holding at a premium.
