D incl Thur and Fri of "creditors meeting' D shows a period of 6 centish nett Buying by various Entities in Brokers Reports. Thought to be accumulation in setting up a 4.5 cent CR Includes E Grafex $1mil deadline and F Jenks further Sell  still bought in volume for accumulation. This 6 level maintained until VA announced and Suspension.

Now 6 could have been a "churn" to establish CR VWAP for discount. I suggest though it COULD also be a part on market accumulation by various 'entities' to further participate in the placement even to cornerstone 'status'.

Such Placement at 4.5 cents would most likely have taken Triton TEMPORARILY out of an Insolvency Situation for say 3 months. The "True" Creditors, say the Drillers, and DFS preparers would IMO have been actually Paid or completely reassured of payment. The Drillers have been paid Million$$$ over the last 2/3 years. They could well anticipate more Work in future. Anyhow don't think it's Trade Creditors who brought in VA situation.

Think myself it's Grafex and this missed deadline meaning TON has Full Payment to Make to regain 90%.
This coupled with a Possible CGT for TON issue is IMO a Debt to be clarified by VA.
Secondly there is the March 15th Brad Boyle Payout Deadline that 'could' be the Insolvency Card. TON "disputes" it is owing or owed and Ferrier Hodges is there to "find" if that will lead to TON insolvency "disputing" this.
