    I am not sure how you came across that Wikipedia link but the chip manufacturers mentioned in the prospectus relate to the potato chip industry, not the semi-conductor chip manufacturing.

    By teaming up with top chip manufacturers such as Lays, Pringles, Kettle & Smiths (to name a few) this will allow consumers all over the world to sink their teeth into the tasty & flavorsome Xped patented chip.
