IMO. If we go into liquidation then everyone involved should be investigated by ASIC, ASX and AFP! There is no excuse for this type of "mismanagement" in an ASX listed company! Its 2016, surely this cowboy stuff should not be accepted!
Regardless of what bills they forgot to pay or didn't pay, or because they transferred their salaries and directors fees then realised there's no money left would indicate to me that they should all be locked up! That's if it happened that way!
