This presentation has probably been used with several (potential) investors / financiers, regarding a re-finance. The current position allows for new loans against far lower interest rates, particularly after a go ahead in the UK within 2-3 months.
As this info is floating about, it is fair to open it to the market, to keep all info level for shareholders & investors.
